1. Who we are

Kreyth is operated by Cadby Info Tech Solutions Private Limited, Chennai, India. By using Kreyth you accept these terms.

2. What we provide

Kreyth is an AI-powered personal voice studio. You provide prompts and an optional voice recording; we generate songs, dialogues, stories, and voiceovers using third-party AI models.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your prompts, recordings, and generated outputs on paid tiers. Free-tier outputs are watermarked and limited to personal, non-commercial use.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Kreyth to:

• Impersonate a person without their consent
• Generate hateful, harassing, sexualised-minors, or unlawful content
• Attempt to extract, mirror, or resell the service
• Upload copyrighted audio as voice-cloning input without rights

5. Voice cloning consent

When you record a voice sample, you affirm it is your own voice (or you have explicit recorded consent from the voice owner). Kreyth may retain your voice model indefinitely unless you request deletion. Deletion requests: contact@kreyth.in.

6. Payments & refunds

All payments are processed by Razorpay in INR. Tier subscriptions are month-to-month manual renewals — you re-pay each month to continue. One-time packs are delivered as credits against your account. Refunds are handled case-by-case for failed generations within 48 hours.

7. Third-party models

Kreyth uses ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Suno (via SunoAPI), Google Lyria (via Replicate), Replicate MusicGen, and other services. Your inputs and generated outputs pass through these providers subject to their own terms.

8. Liability

Kreyth is provided "as is." Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 30 days.

9. Changes

We'll notify registered users by email of material changes at least 7 days in advance.
