1. What we collect

• Account: email, display name, password hash (bcrypt)
• Creation: voice recordings, text prompts, generated audio
• Usage: generation counts, timestamps, error traces (Sentry)
• Payments: Razorpay handles card/UPI data — we store only the order IDs and tier state

2. How we use it

Voice samples are sent to ElevenLabs for cloning. Prompts are sent to OpenAI or Anthropic Claude for lyric/script generation. Lyrics are sent to Suno (via SunoAPI) or Google Lyria (via Replicate) for song synthesis. Generated audio is stored on our S3-compatible object storage for retrieval + sharing.

3. Data retention

• Voice models: until you delete them
• Generated audio: indefinitely on paid tiers; 30 days on free tier
• Account data: until you request deletion (contact@kreyth.in)

4. Who sees your data

• You (and recipients of share links you create)
• Our AI providers (ElevenLabs, OpenAI, Anthropic, Suno, Google, Replicate) subject to their terms
• Razorpay for payments
• Nobody else — we never sell or rent data

5. Cookies & tracking

Session token stored in localStorage. Optional product analytics via PostHog (anonymised). No third-party ad trackers.

6. Your rights (DPDP Act, India)

• Right to access your data

8. Changes
